Is it only Tuesday? I'm not complaining. I love my work....but man I'm pooped. I hope you guys are having a good week so far. For me, tonight calls for breakfast sandwiches for dinner and law & order.

Cold Colors for a Cold Day

It was a classic cold and wet Oregon day. I am sad to admit that I have been carrying my umbrella in my purse for a WHILE. On days like these it is nice to dress in winter-y whites to match the weather. We took a lot of photos for this post (perhaps overkill). Enjoy!

Rainy Day

I am still recovering from a cold. I felt pretty icky today which lead to me taking an extremely long nap. Please excuse my puffy eyes and pink nose. Having a lazy day every once in a while is a good thing. This morning I had full intent on being productive. There was a list of things that i wanted to accomplish. Now how much did I do? Zero. Nothing. However, I was able to get much needed rest.

Similar Hues

Lets talk hues. Growing up it was a definite No No to combine two items that were not exactly the same color. When did it become okay to wear similar hues? Who knows. Maybe along that awkward road between high school and college (you know what I mean). Whelp, here it is. This is my dontexactlymatch look, but hey I think it's cute. Have tons of fun not quite matching ladies!

Puffy eyes

As you can probably tell, these pictures were unwisely taken prior to my going to work. Clearly I had not woken up yet. Anyhoooow, all this to say that I'm looking forward to doing my first fullblowncrazy style post this weekend. Can I get a hip hip HORRAY!
For now, however, you get to look at my puffy face that is the result of being between two long shift at the hospital (my place of work).

Well...this is my first blog. Why a style blog?

I am a fashion blog follower and enjoy being creative in my style choices.

Starting my own blog has been a long time coming. I have wanted to launch my own for some time now.

For the last couple of days I have been held up at home and not feeling well.

Therefore, idle hands left me with plenty of time to work on my blog.

In the future, I am looking forward to blogging about life, upcoming trends, and how to be stylish on a budget.
